Rodney A. Melgard, O.D. Dr. Melgard received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in Los Angeles, CA. Clinic rotations included primary care, pediatric, contact lenses, low vision and geriatric care. Clinic services were located at the Optometric Center of Los Angeles, Indian Health Services, Long Beach Naval Shipyard, Las Vegas Rehabilitation Services, March Airforce Base and East L.A. School Screenings. Prior to Optometry School, Dr. Melgard earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from St. Cloud State University. His family includes his wife Sheila, who is a teacher in special education and two children Ana and Ali. His hobbies are water sports at the cabin, skiing, and coaching the girls soccer teams.

Warren Stoltman, O.D. Dr. Stoltman is a native of Brainerd Minnesota. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Gustavus Adolphus College and his Doctorate of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University. While at Ohio State he was president of Beta Sigma Kappa, an optometric honor society, and earned The William Feinbloom Low Vision Award for his class. He enjoys fitting contact lenses, pediatric care as well as treating and managing ocular diseases. Dr. Stoltman's wife, Amanda, is also an optometrist and they have 2 boys, Grant and Evan. |

Daniel Conrad, M.D. Dr. Conrad is one of Minnesota's leading ophthalmologists and, in 2005, was named to LaserVision's list of "Top 100 Surgeons." As a premier LASIK surgeon serving the Twin Cities area, including Shoreview and White Bear Lake, he has performed thousands of eye surgeries on patients throughout Minneapolis and St. Paul. Despite the magnitude of his experience, Dr. Conrad continues to focus on the one-on-one relationship with his patients. After receiving his bachelor's degree in chemistry at Bethel College in Minnesota, Dr. Conrad earned his medical doctorate at the University of Colorado. This was followed by rigorous medical training at St. Joseph Hospital and the Dean A. McGee Eye Institute. |
